The ergobaby omni 360 is a very popular carrier, boasting 4 carrying positions and including ergonomic forward facing. While the ergobaby description states that it is suitable for newborns, I personally don’t recommend this carrier for babies under 2ish months.

From Ergobaby:

Designed with comfort and ease of use in mind, it is the most versatile Ergobaby carrier yet. Offering 4 carrying positions, it allows you to switch baby to face out or face you on the go, and easily adjust from newborn to toddler (3.2-20 kg), with no infant insert needed, with a range of additional features:

  • 4 carry positions: front-facing you, front- facing outward, hip and back with cushioned, adjustable head and neck support
  • Newborn to toddler (7-45 lbs/ 3.2-20 kg) – No infant insert needed
  • Tuck away baby hood for sun protection (UPF 50+), and offering mum privacy while nursing
  • Acknowledged as a "hip-healthy" product by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute
  • Supports hip-healthy “M” shape position for baby’s comfort and healthy ergonomics
  • Lumbar support and padded crossable straps for long wearing comfort
  • Detachable storage pouch”
